Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until pliable.

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup evenly over each tortilla. Layer 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of American cheese, and half a cup of cooked beef in the center.

Fold each tortilla burrito-style, tucking in the sides tightly. Brush the tops with melted butter.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place wraps inside and cook for 5 minutes until crispy and golden. Optionally, brush with additional melted butter after cooking.
