Beefy Nacho Cheese Wrap (Printer-Friendly Version)

Savory ground beef, nacho cheese, veggies, and tortilla chips wrapped up for family dinners or game nights.

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Nacho Cheese Mixture

03 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
04 - 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

→ Fresh Toppings

05 - 1/3 cup sour cream
06 - 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
07 - 1/2 cup chopped onions
08 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

→ Wrapping

09 - 1/2 cup nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips, crumbled
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until thoroughly browned. Drain excess grease from the pan.
02 - Add the taco seasoning to the browned beef and stir until evenly combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened. Remove from heat.
04 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend the nacho cheese sauce with the drained diced tomatoes and green chilies until the mixture is smooth.
05 - Place the flour tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
06 - Top each tortilla with a spoonful of seasoned ground beef, sautéed onions and peppers, a dollop of sour cream, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of crumbled nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips.
07 - Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center and roll up tightly to enclose the filling, forming a burrito-style wrap.
08 - Return the skillet to medium heat. Place wraps seam side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
09 - Transfer wraps to plates, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For best texture, ensure the tomatoes and green chilies are fully drained before mixing with cheese sauce to prevent soggy wraps.
02 - Keep wraps warm in a low oven if preparing multiple batches.
