# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
08 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

→ Noodles

09 - 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles or udon noodles
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

→ Garnish

12 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
13 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
14 - Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic and grated ginger. Add chicken breast slices and toss to fully coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 1 hour.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and add to the pan in a single layer. Sear, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and set aside.
03 - Cook noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling water. Drain thoroughly, then set aside.
04 - Return the skillet or wok to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Add drained noodles and soy sauce. Toss well and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until noodles are heated and coated evenly.
05 - Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with noodles. Toss to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.
06 - Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 1 hour before cooking.
02 - Customize by adding vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli when stir-frying the noodles.
03 - To make the dish spicier, incorporate chili paste or additional red pepper flakes to taste.
