01 - 20 Medjool dates, pitted

→ Nuts

02 - 20 whole almonds

→ Chocolate

03 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
04 - 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

05 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice each Medjool date lengthwise without cutting fully through and remove the pit.
02 - Insert one whole almond into the cavity of each date and gently close to enclose.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips combined with coconut oil in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
04 - Dip each stuffed date into the melted dark chocolate, fully coating it; use a fork to remove and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
05 - Place the chocolate-covered dates on a tray lined with parchment paper.
06 - Melt the white chocolate chips separately using the same microwave method until smooth.
07 - Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the coated dates using a spoon or piping bag to create a decorative pattern.
08 - Refrigerate the tray for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
