Christmas Fruit Salad Medley (Printer-Friendly Version)

Vibrant fruits tossed in honey-lime glaze. Adds refreshing color and flavor to festive gatherings.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Mix

01 - 1 firm pear, diced
02 - 2 medium red apples, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup red grapes, halved
04 - 1 cup green grapes, halved
05 - 3 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
06 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
07 - 0.5 cup pomegranate seeds

→ Glaze

08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
10 - 1 teaspoon water

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash all produce thoroughly. Dice the pear and core and thinly slice the apples. Halve the red and green grapes. Peel and slice the kiwi. Place all fruit except raspberries in a large, clear bowl.
02 - Gently fold in the raspberries and pomegranate seeds, taking care not to crush the berries.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and water until the mixture becomes a smooth, pourable glaze.
04 - Drizzle the honey-lime glaze evenly over the fruit medley. Carefully fold with a spatula to coat all fruit without bruising.
05 - Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours to let flavors blend and ensure maximum freshness before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For the best color and texture, add the glaze just before serving. Ripest available fruit yields superior taste. A touch of lemon juice can be added if storing more than a few hours to prevent browning.
02 - Swap honey for maple syrup or orange juice for a vegan or citrus twist. Cut fruit into smaller pieces for children or to make individual portions.
