13 - 25 grams granulated sugar
14 - 1 tablespoon orange zest

→ Garnish

15 - Fresh mint leaves
16 - Additional pomegranate arils or berries

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar one tablespoon at a time, continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks develop. Fold in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch gently. Spoon thick meringue clusters onto the baking sheet and bake for 90 minutes. Once baked, turn off oven, slightly crack door, and allow meringues to cool completely inside.
02 - In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until assembly.
03 - Combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pomegranate arils in a bowl. Toss with granulated sugar and orange zest. Set aside.
04 - In a trifle dish or individual glasses, layer crumbled meringue, whipped cream, and fruit mixture. Repeat layers until container is filled, finishing with whipped cream and fruit on top.
05 - Decorate with fresh mint leaves and extra berries or pomegranate arils for a festive touch.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Make meringue a day ahead and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Substitute fruit with cherries or kiwi for variation. Serve immediately after assembly to preserve meringue texture.
