05 - Transfer meringue mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe tall swirls onto the prepared baking sheet to resemble Christmas trees.
06 - Top each piped meringue with an edible star sprinkle or decoration.
07 - Bake for 90 minutes, then switch off the oven and allow meringues to cool completely inside with the door closed.
