01 - 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - All-purpose flour, for dusting

→ Cheese

03 - 6 ounces Brie cheese

→ Fruit Topping

04 - 79 milliliters orange marmalade
05 - 79 milliliters whole berry cranberry sauce

→ Garnish

06 - 60 milliliters chopped walnuts or pecans
07 - Fresh rosemary sprigs

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 24-count mini-muffin pan with nonstick spray.
02 - Cut Brie into 1-inch squares and keep chilled until assembly.
03 - Combine orange marmalade and cranberry sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
04 - Dust work surface with flour. Unroll crescent dough and stretch into an even rectangle, pinching seams together. Cut into 24 uniform squares.
05 - Press each dough square into a muffin cup, place a Brie square inside, top with a teaspoon of the marmalade mixture, a few chopped nuts, and a small rosemary sprig.
