Delightful penguin-shaped Oreos decorated with chocolate and colorful candies for festive occasions and kid-friendly fun.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookies

01 - 14.3 oz bag (36 cookies) regular Oreo cookies

→ Candy Coating

02 - 1 1/2 cups (9 oz) chocolate candy melts
03 - 36 white candy melts

→ Decorations

04 - 72 M&M’s or Smarties
05 - 72 candy eyeballs
06 - Pull and peel or shoelace licorice
07 - 72 orange confetti sprinkles

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line a cookie sheet or cooling rack with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Place the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 1 minute, stir. Continue heating in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted, up to 5 minutes total.
03 - Using a fork or candy dipper, dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place on the prepared parchment paper.
04 - While the chocolate coating is still soft, press one white candy melt onto the lower half of each cookie to form the belly. Add two candy eyeballs near the top, then position two orange confetti sprinkles beneath the eyes to represent the beak.
05 - Attach two M&M’s to the sides of the cookie as earmuffs and connect them across the top with a piece of licorice pulled taut to complete the look.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Use a candy dipper or fork for even coating and tidy drips.
02 - Ensure chocolate is not overheated to prevent burning.
