02 - 1 medium yellow onion
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 450 grams ground beef
05 - 1 can (425 g) kidney beans, drained
06 - 1 can (425 g) black beans, drained
07 - 1 can (425 g) petite diced tomatoes
08 - 1 can (425 g) pumpkin purée
09 - 80 grams tomato paste (approx. 5 tablespoons)
10 - 473 milliliters water

→ Chili Seasoning

11 - 1 tablespoon chili powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
13 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
14 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
16 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
17 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mince the garlic and dice the yellow onion, then heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
02 - Add ground beef to the pot and cook until fully browned and cooked through.
03 - Stir in kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes with their juices, pumpkin purée, tomato paste, water, and all chili seasoning spices. Mix thoroughly.
