01 -
Lay out all bread slices on a clean surface for assembly.
02 -
Evenly spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice, covering the entire surface up to the edges.
03 -
Spread jelly or jam on top of the peanut butter layer of half the bread slices, either fully covering or as a centered dollop.
04 -
Place peanut butter-only slices on top of jelly-covered slices to form sandwiches, peanut butter sides facing the jelly.
05 -
Use a 3- to 4-inch round biscuit cutter or sandwich sealer to cut out and seal the sandwiches, removing crusts and enclosing the filling.
06 -
Individually wrap each sealed sandwich tightly in plastic wrap, then place multiple wrapped sandwiches inside a gallon-size freezer bag.
07 -
Lay sandwiches flat in the freezer until completely frozen, at least several hours or overnight, before stacking or storing upright.
08 -
Remove frozen sandwiches directly from the freezer into lunch containers without thawing; they will thaw by lunchtime.
