# What You'll Need:

01 - 10 oz mini marshmallows
02 - 4 tbsp salted butter
03 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
04 - 6 cups crispy rice cereal
05 - 1 cup mini M&M candies

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and heat, stirring frequently, until marshmallows are puffed but still hold shape. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
02 - Add crispy rice cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture and stir until all cereal is evenly coated.
03 - Gently fold in mini M&M candies to incorporate them throughout the mixture.
04 - Firmly press mixture into an 8x8 inch pan greased with butter or cooking spray, and sprinkle additional mini M&Ms over the top for decoration.

# Additional Tips:

01 - To maintain gooey marshmallow pockets, reserve one cup of marshmallows and add them after the main mixture is melted, folding them in gently.
