Golden stromboli with sirloin, mozzarella, peppers, and Parmesan, baked to a savory finish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 13.4 oz refrigerated Pillsbury classic pizza dough
02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
03 - 1.5 lb grilled sirloin steak, roughly chopped
04 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - ⅓ cup prepared Parmesan-Peppercorn salad dressing
07 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

09 - 1½ teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, divided
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Olive oil, as needed for sautéing

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a Silpat liner.
02 - In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté thinly sliced onion and green bell pepper. Season with 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
03 - Press pizza dough into a 12 by 16-inch rectangle on a clean surface. Evenly sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
04 - Distribute chopped grilled sirloin evenly over the cheese layer, then add the sautéed onion and bell pepper mixture.
05 - Drizzle ⅓ cup Parmesan-Peppercorn salad dressing over the filling, then top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Starting at the widest edge, roll the dough tightly over the filling, finishing with the seam side down on the prepared sheet pan.
07 - Brush the entire surface with melted butter. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, additional garlic salt as desired, and 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - Bake stromboli for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For best results, use a sharp knife to slice and allow the stromboli to rest to prevent filling from spilling.
