# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 large flatbread or pizza dough piece

→ Produce

02 - 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
03 - 2 cups fresh arugula

04 - 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - Salt, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). If using pizza dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness.
02 - Transfer the flatbread or rolled pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush evenly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
03 - Evenly layer the thinly sliced pears over the dough, then sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
