Using a double boiler or microwave, carefully melt the white chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in pumpkin pie spice until fully blended.

Pour the spiced white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Gently fold until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Divide powdered sugar between two large resealable bags. Add half of the coated cereal to each bag, seal, and shake until evenly dusted.
