Strawberry White Chocolate Smoothie (Printer-Friendly Version)

A creamy, fruity blend of strawberries, milk, yogurt, and white chocolate for a delightful, refreshing drink.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
02 - 1/2 cup whole milk or preferred milk alternative
03 - 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, Greek or regular
04 - 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

→ Optional

05 - 1 teaspoon honey, if using lower sugar white chocolate
06 - 1 scoop protein powder, optional
07 - Ice cubes, if using fresh strawberries

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat milk in a microwave-safe measuring cup for 1 minute until hot but not boiling.
02 - Pour hot milk over the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Stir until the chips are completely melted and incorporated, forming a smooth mixture.
03 - Allow the white chocolate milk to cool for approximately 15 minutes until it is no longer hot.
04 - Add cooled white chocolate milk, yogurt, and frozen strawberries to a blender. For low-sugar versions, add honey as needed, and include protein powder if desired.
05 - Blend on high until thick, creamy, and fully combined. Adjust consistency with a splash of additional milk if too thick or extra strawberries if too thin. Add ice cubes only if fresh berries are used.
06 - Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Let the chocolate milk cool to avoid melting the yogurt or diluting the smoothie texture. Adjust milk quantity for preferred thickness and blend time depending on blender power.
