Add cooled white chocolate milk, yogurt, and frozen strawberries to a blender. For low-sugar versions, add honey as needed, and include protein powder if desired.

Blend on high until thick, creamy, and fully combined. Adjust consistency with a splash of additional milk if too thick or extra strawberries if too thin. Add ice cubes only if fresh berries are used.
