Sweet Crockpot Pumpkin Spice (Printer-Friendly Version)

Moist pumpkin spice cake cooked gently in a crockpot with a creamy pumpkin base and warm spices.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dry Mix

01 - 1 box (15 oz) spice cake mix

→ Wet Mix

02 - 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
03 - 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated to create a creamy base.
02 - Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly over the bottom of the crock pot. Gently pour the pumpkin mixture over the cake mix without stirring to preserve distinct layers.
03 - Set the crock pot to high and cook the layered ingredients for 1 hour to activate the cake mix and begin setting the pumpkin layer.
04 - Switch the crock pot to low and cook for an additional hour to allow gentle setting without burning.
05 - After 2 hours, stir the cake and pumpkin mixture in the crock pot until well blended. Cover and cook on low for 1 to 2 more hours, checking periodically. If texture is still too moist, continue cooking in 30-minute increments until set.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Avoid stirring layers until the later cooking stage to achieve the cake's characteristic texture.
