An eerie vodka mix with lychee, elderflower, and lime, garnished with blueberry-stuffed lychees for a festive twist.

# What You'll Need:

→ Garnish

01 - 4 canned lychees in light syrup, drained
02 - 4 fresh blueberries

→ Liquids

03 - 4 fl oz vodka
04 - 2 fl oz lychee syrup (reserved from the can)
05 - 1 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
06 - 1 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice

→ Other

07 - Ice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Insert one fresh blueberry into the cavity of each drained canned lychee to create an 'eyeball.' Refrigerate to chill while preparing the drink.
02 - Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in vodka, reserved lychee syrup, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled and frosty.
03 - Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled martini or coupe glass. Skewer the prepared ‘eyeballs’ and place on the glass rim or drop them into the drink for garnish.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Pre-chill glassware for at least 10 minutes to keep the martini colder longer and retain clarity.
02 - Use a smooth, high-quality vodka to allow delicate lychee and elderflower flavors to shine.
03 - Adjust sweetness by adding extra lime juice or diluting with soda water if the cocktail is too sugary.
04 - Prepare the garnish up to one day ahead and store refrigerated in an airtight container for best texture.
