# What You'll Need:

→ Noodles

01 - 8 oz udon noodles

→ Seafood

02 - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
04 - 1 cup carrots, julienne
05 - 2 cups broccoli florets
06 - 3 green onions, chopped

→ Aromatics

07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauces and Oils

08 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
09 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
10 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
11 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil

→ Seasonings

12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add udon noodles and cook for 3 to 5 minutes according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt cooking. Set aside.
02 - Chop vegetables, shrimp, and mince garlic ensuring all components are ready before stir-frying.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
04 - Add shrimp to the hot pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
05 - If needed, add remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add garlic, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
06 - Return noodles and shrimp to the pan. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss thoroughly to ensure noodles are evenly coated.
07 - Stir in chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss once more. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
