Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into small squares.

In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Gradually incorporate flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.

Roll cookie dough into small balls, approximately 1 tablespoon each.

Flatten each brownie square and encase a cookie dough ball fully inside, wrapping the dough with the brownie.

Melt chocolate candy melts as per package directions. Dip each brownie bomb in melted chocolate, then place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Optionally, add sprinkles before chocolate sets. Refrigerate until the coating is firm.
