Chocolate Strawberry Clusters (Printer-Friendly Version)

Frozen chocolate clusters with fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt, perfect for a cool, sweet snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

→ Dairy

02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Sweeteners

03 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Extracts

04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Confectionery

05 - 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

→ Oils

06 - 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture per cluster onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, forming around 10 clusters.
03 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the clusters until completely solid, about 1 to 2 hours.
04 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
05 - Remove frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate using a spoon to ensure thorough coating. Return coated clusters to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
06 - Freeze the chocolate-coated clusters for several minutes to allow the chocolate to harden before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Line the freezing surface with parchment paper to prevent clusters from sticking.
02 - Work in small batches when dipping to prevent clusters from melting.
03 - Coconut oil thins the chocolate for a smooth, even coating.
