Irresistible bite-sized treats combining fudgy brownie, creamy dough, and chocolate coating.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base & Filling

01 - 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - ½ cup packed brown sugar
04 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons whole milk
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

→ Coating & Decoration

09 - 2 cups chocolate candy melts
10 - Sprinkles (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bake the brownies according to package directions and allow them to cool completely. Cut into small squares approximately 1½ inches each.
02 - In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
03 - Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the butter mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
04 - Shape the cookie dough into small balls about 1 tablespoon each in size.
05 - Flatten a brownie square and carefully wrap it around a cookie dough ball, ensuring the dough is completely enclosed to form a bomb shape.
06 - Melt the chocolate candy melts as per package instructions. Dip each brownie bomb fully into the melted chocolate and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
07 - Sprinkle the chocolate-coated bombs with sprinkles if desired before the chocolate sets.
08 - Refrigerate the brownie bombs until the chocolate coating is firm and set.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Store brownie bombs in an airtight container refrigerated for up to 5 days. For a flavor enhancement, sprinkle sea salt atop the chocolate before it hardens.
