In a mixing bowl or cup with a pouring lip, stir together the sweetened condensed oat milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Carefully transfer the mixture into a sealable jar and refrigerate for up to one month. The sauce will thicken in the fridge but can be gently warmed to achieve a thinner consistency.
