02 - 5 soft rolls (hamburger buns, kaiser rolls, or similar)
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

06 - Garlic salt, to taste
07 - Italian seasoning, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Remove the top halves and layer shredded mozzarella on the bottom halves.
