Grilled Nutella Banana Sandwich (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Spread

01 - 4 tablespoons vegan Nutella

→ Fruit

02 - 1 ripe banana, sliced

→ Bread

03 - 2 slices white sandwich bread

→ Fat

04 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spread 2 tablespoons of vegan Nutella evenly on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Place the banana slices over the Nutella on one slice of bread.
03 - Top with the other slice of bread, Nutella side down, to form a sandwich.
04 - Warm 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy on one side, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until equally golden and the Nutella has melted.
