Spread 2 tablespoons of vegan Nutella evenly on one side of each bread slice.

Place the banana slices over the Nutella on one slice of bread.

Top with the other slice of bread, Nutella side down, to form a sandwich.

Warm 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy on one side, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until equally golden and the Nutella has melted.

Remove from skillet, slice if desired, and serve warm.
