01 -
Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat completely dry with paper towels to ensure chocolate adheres properly.
02 -
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
03 -
In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt white chocolate, milk or dark chocolate, and orange candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Optionally, add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to each for a silky finish.
04 -
Dip one-third of the strawberries into white chocolate for ghosts, another third into orange candy melts for pumpkins, and the remaining third into milk or dark chocolate for mummies. Place coated strawberries on the parchment-lined tray.
05 -
While the white chocolate is still wet, press candy eyes onto the strawberries and use black decorating gel or melted dark chocolate to pipe spooky mouths.
06 -
After coating with orange candy melts, use a toothpick to create ridges resembling pumpkin grooves. Add a small green icing leaf near each stem for realism.
07 -
Once the chocolate coating is set, drizzle thin lines of white chocolate across the strawberries to mimic mummy bandages and press candy eyes between the drizzles.
08 -
Refrigerate the decorated strawberries for 15 minutes until fully set.
09 -
Arrange the finished strawberries on a platter for display and serving.
