# What You'll Need:

→ Beverage Base

01 - 16 fl oz strong brewed coffee, cooled

→ Pumpkin Mixture

02 - 8 fl oz milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond)
03 - 3 tbsp pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
04 - 3 tbsp maple syrup
05 - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Assembly

07 - 8 fl oz ice cubes
08 - Whipped cream (optional)
09 - Pumpkin pie spice (for sprinkling, optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Pour cooled brewed coffee into a large container. Add the blended pumpkin mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
03 - Divide ice cubes evenly between two tall glasses. Pour the pumpkin coffee mixture over the ice in each glass.
04 - Top each glass with whipped cream and a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately with straw.
