# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup (240 ml) pumpkin puree
02 - 1/2 cup (110 g) brown sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

→ Crust and Finish

05 - 1 refrigerated or homemade pie crust
06 - 1 large egg (for egg wash)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pie crust to approximately 1/8 inch thickness.
03 - Cut out circles roughly 4 inches in diameter from the rolled dough.
04 - Place about one tablespoon of the pumpkin filling in the center of each circle. Fold dough over filling and press edges with a fork to seal securely.
