Buttery brioche layered with cheeses, crispy bacon, and ranch for a richly satisfying sandwich.

# What You'll Need:

→ Bread and Cheese

01 - 8 slices thick-cut brioche bread or Texas toast
02 - 6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
03 - 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
04 - 4 oz Provolone cheese or Velveeta, sliced

→ Proteins and Condiments

05 - 8 strips bacon
06 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
07 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing, homemade or store-bought

→ Optional Add-Ons

08 - Sliced jalapeños for heat
09 - Caramelized onions for extra flavor

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Allow all cheeses to reach room temperature, approximately 15 minutes, for optimal melting.
02 - Cook bacon strips in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp, then set aside on paper towels to drain.
03 - Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat to prepare for assembling sandwiches.
04 - Generously spread softened butter on one side of each brioche slice.
05 - Place bread slices butter-side down onto the skillet. On half of the slices, layer sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Provolone cheeses, followed by two strips of crisp bacon per sandwich. Drizzle ranch dressing over the bacon and cheese. Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
06 - Cook sandwiches 3 to 4 minutes on the first side until golden and crisp. Carefully flip and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the second side is golden and cheese is thoroughly melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from heat and let rest for one minute before cutting diagonally. Serve immediately to enjoy warm, stretchy cheese.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For enhanced flavor, incorporate homemade ranch dressing or add caramelized onions.
