Sprinkle half of the shredded lettuce over the cream cheese, then place 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheddar cheese on the left side of the tortilla, leaving a small margin from the edge.

Starting from the filled side, roll the tortilla tightly but gently until fully rolled. Press the seam firmly to seal the roll-up, adding additional cream cheese if needed.

Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients. Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 10 bite-sized pinwheels, removing any unfilled ends if desired.
